Teacher Patty E. Guerra

Teacher Patty E. Guerra

Biography

Teacher and ministry elder, Patty (aka: Miss Patty/Momma Patty) is a dynamic force, full of
wisdom and life experience. Having been married for 42 years prior to becoming a widow, she
served Jesus through perhaps one of the most important roles; wife, mother and
grandmother. Since becoming a born-again believer at the age of 30, she has served in
multiple ministry groups, namely women’s groups and foster care groups. Since 1979, she
has played an active role in mentorship of women who are new to the five-fold ministry. The
daughter of an evangelical children’s pastor, the Lord has fashioned Patty to follow in her
Mother’s footsteps, being called to the ministry of very young children (1-10 years old) as well
as the ministry of married women and the ministry of special needs children. Additionally,
Patty has been trained in the field of gerontology, caring for and providing caregiving services
to the gerontology sector, on a private clientele basis. Patty has a flare for the performing arts,
lending her vocals to local, secular, top 40’s and Christian bands, having been a vocalist since
the tender age of 13. Patty is known for her creativity and artistic design, frequently lending
her skills to real estate, home staging and taking on creative projects for home restoration and
design. She is a self-proclaimed “tomboy,” with a great interest in sports, namely softball. She
is a charismatic and high-spirited 72 year old, still traveling and enjoying her time with the
Lord, in nature, through hikes and power walks.
